1. Introduction & Applicability

Okay Baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online entertainment and Sports Betting service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, bonuses, and financial transactions on the platform.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Okay Baji platform:

• Referral Bonus: You can earn a bonus by referring friends, provided the referred person becomes an active user.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly approved.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

Accounts will be suspended for involvement in any of the following activities:

• Attempting to guarantee profit by placing bets on opposing sides of the same match (arbitrage betting).
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

5.2 Right to Void Bets

If a technical issue or unforeseen circumstance affects a match or event, Okay Baji may void the relevant bets and refund the staked amount. This decision is final and not subject to review.

6. KYC & Identity Verification

To ensure financial security and legal compliance, Okay Baji follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. The following documents may be required when submitting a withdrawal request or upon exceeding certain limits:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.
• A utility bill or bank slip as proof of your current address.

Withdrawals will be on hold if documents are not submitted or verified. We handle all personal information with complete confidentiality.

7. Responsible Gaming

12. Dispute Resolution

If an initial resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to a neutral third party for settlement. All decisions made by Okay Baji are considered final and binding.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. The decision of the platform's licensing authority shall be final on all legal matters.
